Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of XpressLoan services provided by DANSENTHA CASH LOANS (PTY) LTD (CIPC: 2024/386684/07, NCR: NCRCP20235). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Be a South African citizen or permanent resident
- Have a valid South African ID document
- Own collateral with a minimum value of R1,500
3. Loan Terms
All loans are subject to approval and require collateral. Loan amounts range from R1,000 to R2,000 with corresponding fees clearly stated at application. Repayment is facilitated through DebiCheck mandate.
4. Collateral
By providing collateral, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the item(s). XpressLoan will store your collateral securely and return it upon full loan repayment. Failure to repay may result in forfeiture of collateral as permitted by law.
5. Fees and Charges
All fees are disclosed upfront with no hidden charges:
- R1,000 loan: R500 fee
- R1,500 loan: R750 fee
- R2,000 loan: R1,000 fee
6. Repayment
Repayment is due on the agreed date via DebiCheck debit order. Early repayment is permitted. Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in your loan agreement.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act). See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Responsible Lending
As a registered credit provider (NCR: NCRCP20235), we adhere to the National Credit Act and practice responsible lending. We conduct affordability assessments to ensure loans are suitable.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be handled in accordance with South African law. You may also contact the National Credit Regulator with complaints.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
